Beginner KAP CONSULTATION GROUP
Sana Healing Collective invites you to our 6-month BEGINNER Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Consultation Group. Our purpose in offering this group is to support those who have recently started or are about to begin offering ketamine services.
We will meet online via Zoom for 90-120 minutes each month for 6 months beginning in July 2025.
This group is most appropriate to those who have facilitated fewer than 50 KAP sessions, and is open to practitioners who have not yet begun ketamine practice but intend to do so by the time the group concludes. Clinicians with all levels of therapy experience are welcome. The group is also appropriate to non-therapists who want to provide better psychological support to their ketamine patients. This group will augment prior KAP or PAT training, but is not meant to replace it. We ask that all participants have completed at least a basic KAP or PAT training.
The BEGINNER KAP Consultation Group will be facilitated by Geoff Bathje, PhD, and Vilmarie Fraguada Narloch, PsyD. Special guest presenters with significant experience in KAP will also join.
There will be a didactic component to the group, along with case presentations and discussion. We will “meet you where you’re at,” providing readings and facilitating discussion appropriate to the experience level and needs of the group. We will delve into the challenges of bringing theory into practice, including preparation of set/setting, intention setting, accompanying clients during ketamine journeys, integration, and legal/ethical considerations. There will be opportunity for several participants to present cases for discussion over the course of the group.
Minimum number of participants will be 5, and maximum number of participants will be 10 to ensure that everyone can participate actively.
If the group consists of 6 members or less, the meeting time will be shortened to 90 minutes. If the group has 7-10 members, the group will meet for 120 minutes to allow for adequate time.
Cost:
Early Bird Rate: $550 now until June 16
Regular Rate: $600 until til July 16
Late Registration Rate: $650 after July 16
*We intend to offer 9 CE’s, pending program approval, which are included in the cost.
