Join us at Sana Healing Collective on (most) Thursdays 6:30-7:30 starting November 13th for a beginner-friendly Yoga practice for all experience levels.

All bodies welcome

These classes are led by Jean Edrada (300hr+ RYT) who has been teaching for 11 years in Chicagoland and beyond. Jean believes that we are all our own best teachers and invites each person to focus within to cultivate body awareness, build strength, self-love, and create more flexibility in the bodymind. Although her classes can be challenging, she guides with a light-hearted, playful approach and uses inclusive, invitational language so that each person feels empowered in their own experience and yoga practice.

If you feel drawn to deepen your healing in the company of others, our next group ketamine-assisted therapy journey at Sana Healing Collective begins on January 19th.

At Sana, we believe that Community is Medicine. This is not just about the medicine we administer; it is about the medicine that lives between us. It is about entering a shared container where trust is built, hearts are opened, and we remember that no one heals alone. This space is built on mutual care: your journey is supported by community, and your presence helps hold others, too.

We can practice taking compassionate action, which can be fierce and tender. We can also benefit from investing in other people, rather than withdrawing from them, even as others may also be stressed and challenging.

Open studio times invite community members to explore a wide range of artistic mediums in a welcoming, supportive environment. These sessions emphasize process over product, offering participants freedom to engage their creativity without judgment.
