Yoga for Integration is a weekly class focused on intentional movement, steady breath, and the embodied experience of presence. Led by Nicole Thompson, clinical psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher, this practice offers a structured flow that supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and access to embodied pleasure.
Through postural work and breath-led stretching, participants are invited to find meditation through movement. This is not about performance or flexibility. It’s about learning to stay with sensation, following the breath, and being open to the experience of integration that arises through embodiment. Whether you're processing a recent journey, moving through a transition, or simply seeking a grounded space to reconnect, this class offers support through structure, rhythm, and presence.
