MINDFUL MEDITATION FOR PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION GROUP

  • Sana Healing Collective - Virtual (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Our online Mindfulness Meditation for Psychedelic Integration group is open to both new and experienced meditators. We encourage everyone to attend with a "beginner's mind" as we explore the basics of mindfulness meditation, engage in various meditative practices, and make connections to the psychedelic experience.

By practicing mindfulness meditation and engaging with psychedelics, we can learn to move from reactivity to responsiveness. The group will provide a framework for learning mindfulness-based awareness and compassion meditation practices. These will not be talk therapy sessions, but instead will focus on meditative practice and inquiry. Our goal is to relate to our present moment experiences in a skillful and intentional way.

To gain the maximum benefit from this group, we ask participants to commit to daily meditative practice and commit to being in a private space during the sessions. We will support this commitment by providing recorded guided meditations and other materials for reflection each week.

Our group will be facilitated by Lakshmi Athota, Geoff Bathje, and Ilona Nemeth of Sana Healing Collective. Our facilitators have extensive personal experience with a variety of meditation practices and are trained to guide group meditation sessions.

Space is limited to 20 participants.

Schedule:

  • Thursdays from 4:30 - 6:00 pm CST for 7 weeks,

  • May 4th to June 8th.

  • We will conclude the group with a retreat on June 15th from 4:30-7:30 pm CST.

Cost:

  • The cost of the group is $350

If you'd like to participate, but cost is a barrier, please reach out to Geoff@sanahealingcollective.org to inquire about support from our Community Care Program.
