5-Week Mind-Body Integration Group

At Sana Healing Collective, #CommunityIsMedicineis beautifully reflected by the individual and collective healing that can happen in groups. Our integration group will meet virtually via Zoom starting Monday, June 23, and meet for 5 consecutive weeks, from 5-6pm CST, concluding on July 21. This group will incorporate mindfulness meditation and a somatic (body) focus. This is a supported peer group rather than a psychotherapy group, so participants are welcome from anywhere in the United States or abroad. Fill out our Service Inquiry Form to join us!
This group will be facilitated by Sana members Geoff, Lia, and Tricia.
Important details:
WHEN: Mondays, June, 23, 30, and July 7, 14, and 21 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm central time.
The last day to register is Thursday, June 19th, 2025, by 5:00 pm CT.
WHO: Maximum Group size is 10 members to allow space for discussion.
Group members must be able to commit to attending ALL sessions.
This is not a therapy group, and therefore is open to participants in any state or country.
This group is open to all sorts of psychedelic use, whether your experiences were therapeutic, spiritual, or recreational, and whether beneficial, inspiring, challenging, or complicated.
WHAT: The group will incorporate psychoeducation, meditation, and somatic practices. Prior integration group members are welcome! The structure will be based on our widely circulated integration model.
COST: The group is priced as a package at a rate of $200** ($40 per meeting) with no refunds for missed sessions
**Note on financial support: A reduced fee is possible based on demonstrated financial need via Sana Healing Collective's Community Care Fund, with priority for those who have been subjected to systemic oppression, such as discrimination or trauma based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, migration history, or citizenship status. Payment plans are possible based on financial need to spread out payment.
