Help Us Bring Our New Healing Space to Life

At Sana Healing Collective, we believe that community is medicine. We're a nonprofit mental health practice in Chicago offering accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy, including individual, group, and ketamine-assisted therapy, with a deep commitment to Harm Reduction and healing justice.

Many of the people we serve face systemic and financial barriers to care. Our Community Care Fund helps cover the cost of therapy for those who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access it. This fund is supported entirely by donations from our community — and it allows us to say yes when someone reaches out for help, regardless of their ability to pay.

Now, we are growing to meet that need!

Thanks to a generous Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) grant from the City of Chicago, and the excellent work of Gary Marks Builds, LLC, we’re expanding our physical space to include:

  • Three new therapy rooms

  • A fully accessible bathroom

  • A large, multipurpose community room for groups, workshops, and gatherings

  • Upgrades to our current office, including soundproofing for privacy and comfort, and a brand new HVAC system

  • A dedicated art therapy studio space

✨ The construction is almost complete — and now we need your help to make the space feel like home. ✨

We’ve put together a gift list of items we need to furnish, decorate, and prepare the space for a warm, welcoming open house this fall, and those who donate will be notified of the details to reserve their spot before anyone else!

Instructions for purchasing a gift:

Once the order is complete, return to the registry to update our it by marking the item as purchased, so no duplicates are made.

  • To mark a gift purchased, follow the three easy steps listed below.

    • Follow the instructions provided.

Please note, we recommend including a Gift Receipt with your purchase, should there be any issues with the item, as these retailers have different return policies.
