Winter 2026 Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Group

  • Sana Healing Collective 3324 W North Ave Chicago, Illinois United States (map)

If you feel drawn to deepen your healing in the company of others, our next group ketamine-assisted therapy journey at Sana Healing Collective begins on Monday, January 19th.

At Sana, we believe that Community is Medicine. This is not just about the medicine we administer; it is about the medicine that lives between us. It is about entering a shared container where trust is built, hearts are opened, and we remember that no one heals alone. This space is built on mutual care: your journey is supported by community, and your presence helps hold others, too.

Each group is intentionally shaped, and each participant will first complete individual psychological and medical intake appointments to ensure group ketamine treatment is the best approach for you at this time, and we organize a group that will work well together. From there, up to eight participants will gather for several weeks of connection and preparation, learning to navigate the ketamine experience, setting intentions, preparing for integration, and weaving the threads of trust that will carry us through the journey.

Eric, Geoff, and Rick will co-facilitate this group.

Please see below for the schedule and further details! All times are in central (Chicago) time.

Schedule (Central time):

Preparation sessions (via Zoom):

  • Mondays 1/19, 1/26, 2/2 – 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Ketamine sessions (in person):

  • Fridays 2/6, 2/13, 2/20 – 3:00 to 7:00 pm

Integration sessions (via Zoom):

  • Mondays 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9 – 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Requirements to participate:

  • Participants will complete an individual intake and medical screening to evaluate for safety, appropriateness of group format, and fit with the group.

  • We require that participants have a relationship with a primary ongoing therapist to participate in the group. We offer ongoing individual therapy at Sana, and can connect you to a therapist if you don’t already have one.

  • Participants need to be able to commit to attending all scheduled sessions above (arrangements will be made in the event of illness or emergency).

  • On-site rapid COVID testing will be administered for in-person sessions (this protects those with chronic health issues and allows us to avoid having to shut down the group entirely if we catch a positive test proactively).

Cost:

  • The total cost for all group sessions, individual intake, and medical intake is $2750.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon intake

  • Reduced rates are available based on demonstrated financial hardship through our Community Care Fund. We prioritize those who have been subjected to systemic oppression, such as discrimination or trauma based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, migration history, or citizenship status. Please inquire for details.

  • The group is priced as a package, with no refunds for missed sessions. Due to the nature of the group, it is not possible to replace a group member who misses or drops out, so it is important to be able to commit to the full process.

  • We are not able to bill insurance for the group, but we can spread out payments over the length of the group if needed.

If you feel called to step into this work and experience for yourself how Community is Medicine, please complete our inquiry form before January 12th so we can begin the intake process and welcome you into our next circle.
