Join us at Sana Healing Collective on (most) Thursdays from 6:30–7:30 PM starting November 13th for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice open to all experience levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and find presence in both body and mind.
All bodies are welcome. We honor the uniqueness of each person’s experience and invite you to come exactly as you are.
Upcoming Dates:
Nov 13, 20
Dec 4, 11, 18
Jan 15, 22, 29
These classes are led by Jean Edrada (300hr+ RYT), who has been teaching for over 11 years throughout Chicagoland and beyond. Jean believes that we are each our own best teacher — that within us lives an innate wisdom that guides our healing. Her classes invite you to listen inward, cultivate awareness, and nurture both strength and softness. Although her sequences can be physically engaging, she brings a light-hearted, playful approach, using inclusive and invitational language so that everyone feels safe and empowered in their own practice.
Classes are offered on a $15–$25 sliding scale for the general public, with discounts available for existing Sana Community Care Fund clients (existing Sana clients can email sana@sanahealingcollective.org to inquire about discounts). Our sliding scale model reflects our belief that healing and wellness should be accessible to all. Paying at the higher end helps sustain our programs and supports others who may need to pay less — a simple act of community care that reminds us that Community Is Medicine.
Please bring slippers or socks to change into from street shoes, and join us for an hour of grounding, movement, and collective renewal.
